Purpose of the Job

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and skilled LMS administrator to join our dynamic team. If you are enthusiastic about working on digital learning platforms, we want to hear from you.

As a Senior LMS admin, you will function as a catalyst between the learning functions in APAC region and LSS India. You will be expected to demonstrate strong acumen towards understanding learning offerings across different countries, collaboration, information gathering, data management and reporting. You should have a strong technical background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

  • Plan and organize internal and external training programs and maintain them in the Learning Management System (e.g., room booking, setting up virtual meetings, participant lists, contact persons for trainers and participants, billing process, creating reports on activities and feedback).
  • Clarify course content with departments and coordinate target groups.
  • Project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Identify and implement new features and functionalities to improve LMS and enhance learning experience.
  • Work closely with other countries POC to ensure LMS is aligned with organization’s overall goal.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines and budgets.
  • Develop proposals for course design and procure teaching materials.

What you should have:

  • 6 – 10 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Minimum of 2 – 4 years as a LMS admin.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze LMS data to make informed decisions.
  • Affinity toward IT application or Learning Management System.
  • Hands-on experience in LMS management and its utilization. Experience in Cornerstone will be an added advantage.
  • Expose to Instructional Designing tools and its usage.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze LMS data to make informed decisions.
  • Willingness to stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the field of LMS.
  • Effective communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including team from different regions.
