Role & responsibilities

• Develop and conduct lectures, facilitate skill labs, and lead practical sessions; and employ a variety of teaching methods.
• Provide academic advising and career guidance; support students with resources to enhance their success.
• Conduct Assessment, Evaluate student performance; deliver constructive feedback and timely grades.
• Assist students in preparing portfolios and honing interview techniques, including mock viva sessions, group discussions, and personality development.
• Maintain accurate student records; participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program planning.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fluency in teaching in Odia language
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Paramedical Science
• MSC in Nursing
• Related field with 5 year of teaching experience.
