Key Responsibilities
- Conduct sessions for a minimum of 3 bathes (Max 4 batches)
- Conduct 3 hrs of sessions per week for each batch with around 25-30 children in each batch
- Conduct periodic assessments based on program needs
- Develop high-impact relationships with students, school staff & parents
- Provide end-to-end support to students in the execution of their ‘Student -Led community projects
- Attends all training and development sessions, whether in-person or online.
- Completes all self-learning modules and reworks of all training sessions
- Attends all 1-1 mentoring sessions
- Conduct periodic home visits to the student’s home
- Conduct a project of choice in the year 2 of the fellowship
- Fill the monitoring form after each session
- Help the operations team with one-off administrative tasks
- Help extended city teams plan and execute events effectively
- Be part of exposure visits with children
