Position Overview

As the Head of People & Culture in the Founders Office, you will lead the setup and management of our Employee Success Partners team, focusing on building a strong, supportive, and high-performing culture across our sales organization. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and a hands-on approach to talent management and employee engagement.
