For ELPD Trainer

A1.1 Verbal Ability
o Strong command over Verbal Ability; which covers complete grammar, vocabulary, Critical Reasoning and reading comprehension
skills. Strong delivery skills of the said subject.
A1.2 Communication Skills
o Bring substantial positive changes in the communication skills of the students and make them ready to enter the professional world
o Excellent knowledge and language hold for delivering sessions on Communication skills, GD/PIs, Spoken English & Write-X training to
all the students and if required to the other trainers as and when assigned.
o Effectively utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum
effectiveness of training programs
A 2. TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
o MS Office: Well versed in making content enriched, professional, corporate PowerPoint presentations and drafting word docs which
could contribute to the Soft Skills content development. Efficient in making error-free excel sheets for attendance or assessment
o Internet Competence: Proactive internet user to mark online attendance on university portal and to email assessment sheets before
deadlines
o Email Etiquettes: To send professional and coherent emails and proactively check important emails and duty charts circulated by
Managers
Note- A laptop is mandatory.
