Position Summary: Product Leader will play a vital role in the India APAC product team, managing high-performing product managers and leading strategic initiatives. This includes crafting the product strategy for the India APAC market, overseeing product launches, and upgrading existing courses to align with market trends. The Product Leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive market share growth, and ensure successful product launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define long-term product strategy and quarterly plans to achieve the product vision.
- Conceptualize, research, and launch products with a strong go-to-market strategy.
- Manage products throughout their lifecycle, keeping them up to date with industry trends.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across all functions for successful product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and guide product development decisions.
- Analyse product profitability and utilize an analytical mindset for decision-making.
- Exhibit an owner mindset and embrace challenges in a dynamic business environment.
- Represent the product perspective in key meetings with universities.

- Problem-solving and detail orientation.
- 5+ years of business and product management experience.
