Role Description

Way2Class is seeking a Lesson Development professional with expertise in Grade 1-5 curriculum. This is a part-time remote role that involves creating engaging and interactive learning materials for students. The Lesson Development expert will collaborate with the content team to develop grade-specific lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and other educational resources. They will ensure that the content aligns with curriculum guidelines and objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Grade 1-5 curriculum and educational standards
• Experience in developing engaging and interactive lesson plans and educational materials
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to organize content effectively
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for content creation
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
• Prior experience in curriculum development or teaching is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
