We are looking for a professional Art Teacher to design, develop and teach our art – form programs, in both, online and offline modes. Are you a tech-savvy art & education enthusiast ready to take on the challenge and wear multiple hats, playing the role of teacher, innovator, researcher and developer?

Responsibilities and Duties

· Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content in art forms

· Work with other subject matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs

· Create lesson plans

· Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, teaching aids, games etc)

· Devise modes of assessment, such as tests or quizzes, to measure the effectiveness of the course

· Analyze student / user feedback on courses and make necessary incremental changes to the course to make it optimal.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

· Previous working experience in teaching art and / or craft and instructional design is preferred.

· Lesson and curriculum planning skills

· Visual design skills (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw)

· Ability to write effective copy, instructional text, audio and video scripts

· Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in instructional design / educational technology or similar relevant field / Art Teacher Diploma Or Degree / BFA.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
