Job Brief: We are seeking an outcome-driven Lead Counsellor to guide undergraduate students and are through the process of pursuing their master’s degrees overseas. The ideal candidate will exhibit a relentless growth mentality, possess profound expertise in international education, and have a strong commitment to achieving impactful outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Senior Counselors and Counselors to achieve measurable results and impactful outcomes.
• Conduct regular outcome-focused team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and best practices.

Counselling Expertise:

• Provide specialized, outcome-oriented guidance to students considering pursuing master’s degrees abroad.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in the study abroad sector and align counseling strategies to maximize student success.

Training & Development:

• Organize regular training sessions to continually enhance the knowledge and skills of the counselors, ensuring their effectiveness in guiding students to successful outcomes.

Camera-Friendly Presence:

• Demonstrate comfort and poise in front of the camera for virtual engagements and webinars.

Required Qualifications & Experience :

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred (Candidates with degrees from renowned or top-tier colleges will be preferred).
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in handling the complete process of studying abroad.
• At least knowledge of two different countries is required (Preferred USA).
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in team handling.
• Proven track record in leadership, team management, and achieving significant outcomes in the student admission process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
