About the role:

We are looking for a highly competent professional for the role of Academic Excellence Manager who is passionate about education, technology, product training and capacity building for teachers.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the academic strategy for our ed-tech product focused on strengthening literacy and numeracy skills.

Core Responsibilities-

  • Develop and deliver training programmes for academic coordinators, school leaders and teachers equipping them to effectively implement our programme in schools. 
  • Provide regular support to teachers and other stakeholders, address queries and resolve everyday classroom challenges and concerns to foster implementation of the programme.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging and interactive training material for teachers.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for the sales teams to ensure they are well-versed in the features and benefits of our programmes.
  • Lead the development and enhancement of literacy and numeracy curricula, ensuring alignment with educational standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with content developers and subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning material and lesson plans. 
  • Establish and implement quality assurance processes to ensure the academic integrity and effectiveness of our educational products.
  • Analyse data to gather insights on learner performance and product effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, research and advancements in the field of education and technology. 

Must haves-

  • A positive and happy attitude.
  • 3-5 years of overall experience – foundation, preparatory and middle-stage teaching/teacher training experience is preferable.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel outstation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Requirements

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and educational leadership.
  • Familiarity with literacy and numeracy educational technology trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
