The purpose is to provide essential support and assistance to front-line sales and marketing team and ensure seamless and positive customer experience . By working collaboratively with front-line team and other departments contribute to overall success and effectiveness of organizations customer service efforts.
- Key Result Areas/Accountabilities:

- KRA – 1
- Strategic stock planning, support, and efficient issuance of Delivery Orders.
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers (ASMs) for daily Delivery Order planning.
- Ensure seamless coordination with depots for streamlined operations.
- KRA – 2
- Daily liaison with Zonal sales and Commercial teams.
- Share sales plans with respective depots for effective implementation.
- KRA – 3
- Resolve customer queries through effective coordination with marketing and commercial teams.
- Manage and conclude receipt entries promptly.
- KRA – 4
- Handle customer pricing, particularly LME bookings.
- Coordinate with the Risk team, input LME booking details into the system, and communicate the information to customers.
- KRA – 5
- Address customer issues promptly and provide timely responses.
- Clarify queries regarding price, product availability, and dispatches in collaboration with accounts, logistics, and the plant team.
- KRA – 6
- Monitor and plan dispatch activities.
- Daily follow-up with the warehouse logistics team to address pending Delivery Orders.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their orders.
