Work Description

Looking for 20 Highly Skilled and Certified Teacher Trainers with Content Writing experience and an extensive knowledge of the latest and most effective teaching strategies on a Contractual hiring basis. Must have prior experience in Teacher Training, Course/Program Design, Storyboarding, Script Writing, and good Presentation and Communication Skills. A Master’s degree/Doctorate in Education, Training, Educational Psychology or Child Psychology, and a Certification in Teacher Training from a reputed institute with a strong understanding of best educational practices.

Requirements

· Understanding of the functions and transformations in the Indian Education System

· Knowledge and experience on various e-learning technologies and media for teaching, training and presentations

· Prior experience in writing Teacher Training Manuals

· Ability to create Teacher Training Script and Storyboards

· Understands the classroom and general issues teachers commonly encounter

· Understands the education system for children with special abilities

· Ability to grasp project requirements and deliver within stipulated timelines

· Ensure uniformity and coherence in final product outputs

· Passionate about training the trainers

· Excellent written communication skills is a must
