The role involves developing and implementing strategies, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the online courses provided by Hindustan Institute of Technology & Science. He/ She will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and sustainability of the online learning initiatives focusing on both world-class quality and operational efficiency

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing the strategic plan for the growth and improvement of online education offerings of Hindustan University
• Promoting the program through various marketing strategies.
• Designing & Developing online courses and ensuring that the courses are of high quality, engaging and accessible to all.
• Developing and overseeing support services for online students.
• Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and any other applicable regulations.
• Managing the budgets
• Building relationships with other organizations to enhance the learning experience.
• Provide training and support to faculty dealing with the courses

Qualifications:

• PhD holder and must have worked in a similar role at an institution of repute
• or PG qualification with 15+ years overall experience in education with 5 years online education experience in a senior role can also apply.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Must have Strong leadership, people management, and team building skills.
