- Planning and leading the Nonwoven global business sales & marketing for P&B targets (Russia, Israel, MENA, SEA regions) for Nonwoven fibres, which is a global specialty fibre business. This involves
- Achieving the budget sales number for the regions – closely working with multi-location supply units and customers.
- Building understanding of the markets and value chain in each geography
- Key account management and deeper engagement for large customers
- Tracking competition and value chain in the regions
- Working closely with plant and other internal teams for production, stocks & OTIF
- Business Development
- Working with R&D and global NW value chain for new product / application development and market development for value added products This involves
- Building close network with forward nonwoven value chain
- Building business relationship with global brands / retailers to qualify the fibres and get it nominated
- Identifying innovator customers in the space and collaborating with them to bring out new value added end products
- Working with R&D team to deliver the NPD projects Sensitivity: General

- Developing knowledge bank of global nonwovens including customer profile, their consumption pattern, customer’s end products pricing, statutory requirements for qualification of fibres etc
