We are looking for passionate and experienced early years educators to take on the role of Pre-Primary Teacher at our school. Pre- Primary Teacher will be responsible for the learning and development of all children in a class. 

Location: East of Kailash, New Delhi

Job Type: Onsite, Work From School

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans.

2. Employ a variety of educational techniques like storytelling, educational play, arts & crafts, media, etc.

3. Plan and organise activities that promote physical, social, and emotional development.

4. Supervise and engage children in educational and recreational activities.

5. Monitor and assess children’s progress, behaviour, and development.

6. Communicate with parents about the developmental progress of the child.

7. Provide a safe and supportive environment for children 

8. Identify and attend staff meetings and professional development workshops.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills: 

1. Bachelors/Masters Degree in Education or a related field (preferably in Early Childhood/Montessori Certification/Elementary Education)

2. 3-5 years of teaching experience in an early childhood setting.

3. Experience in curriculum design, lessons activities, and assessments.

4. Knowledgeable in the areas of child development, teaching and learning practices.

5. A demonstrated and genuine liking and appreciation for children and their capabilities.

6. Effective communication skills – written and oral.

7. Proficient in and aware of the uses of technology in education.
