We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Fresher Telecalling Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling credit cards over the phone to potential customers. The primary objective of this role is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of our credit card business.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in telecalling sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and confident demeanor.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome customer concerns and objections.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Prior knowledge of credit card products and banking regulations is a plus.
