Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Corporate Trainer located in Jaipur. As a Corporate Trainer at PUNO, you will be responsible for delivering training programs to employees, identifying training needs, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. You will also provide coaching and support to employees, contribute to training strategy development, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of training methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage and motivate learners
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well in a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in training and development
