Job Description Middle/High School Teachers

KRAs: –

Curriculum Planning and Execution

• Planning, developing and executing lessons.
• Creating subject specific Annual Curriculum
• Reviewing the content quarterly and reporting suggestions or improvements to the HOD.
• Helping develop relevant resources for the school.
• Participating in subject specific events such as trips and workshops..

Teaching Responsibilities

• To ensure that all lessons are planned with specific aims and objectives.
• Adapting subject specific curriculum for individual, small group, and remedial instruction to meet the needs of identified students or subgroups of students.
• To attend scheduled meetings in the subject specific Department and school.
• To ensure that students progress is discussed with the HOD and then conveyed to parents regularly.
• To ensure effective communication and consultation with parents and careers of students.

Qualifications & Skills:-

1. 1. Graduate Degree or higher from an accredited university. PREFERABLY Graduation in subject being applied for .
   2. At least 5 years of Teaching experience in the subject being applied for
   3. Experience working in International Curriculum IB / CAIE / AMERICAN / CISCE.
   4. CBSE experience in “ALL INDIA TOP 20” listed schools will also be considered
