Position: Verbal Ability Faculty – CLAT & IPMAT Department: Academics / Test Prep Location: Geeta Bhawan, Indore Experience Required: 3 – 5 Years Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹80,000 per month Mode: Offline / HybridWe are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Verbal Ability Faculty to mentor students preparing for CLAT & IPMAT examinations. The candidate should possess strong command over English language skills, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, Critical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability concepts with the ability to deliver engaging classroom sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality classroom sessions for Verbal Ability, English, Reading Comprehension, Vocabulary, Grammar, and Critical Reasoning.Train students for CLAT & IPMAT exam patterns, strategies, and time management techniques.Conduct doubt-solving sessions, workshops, and performance analysis.Prepare study material, assignments, mock tests, and practice sheets.Mentor students individually to improve academic performance and confidence.Track student progress and provide regular feedback.Stay updated with latest exam trends and syllabus changes. Required SkillsStrong command over English language and verbal aptitude topics.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to simplify concepts and engage students effectively.Experience in teaching CLAT/IPMAT/CAT verbal sections preferred.Content creation and mentoring experience will be an added advantage. Eligibility CriteriaGraduation/Post Graduation in English, Literature, Mass Communication, or related field.Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience in CLAT/IPMAT/CAT verbal preparation.Strong academic background with proven student results preferred.Preferred Candidate ProfileEnergetic and student-centric teaching approach.Ability to handle classroom and online teaching formats.Passion for mentoring and academic excellence.Team player with strong organizational skills.
