Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creator Manager located in New Delhi. The Creator Manager will be responsible for managing content, creating videos with own face, coordinating creative projects, curating and overseeing creative outputs, and ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission. The role also involves strategizing and implementing initiatives aimed at increasing the reach and quality of educational offerings, building partnerships with creators in the field, and maintaining the institute’s reputation as a leading authority in Occult Science education.

Qualifications

• People management skills, including experience in managing partnerships with content creators and fostering collaboration
• Strong project management skills, including task prioritization, timelines, and execution of creative projects and strategies
• Knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and techniques for content creation and distribution
• Background or strong interest in Occult Sciences such as Astrology, Vastu, Numerology, Palmistry, or related areas (preferred but not mandatory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate and represent the institute’s values clearly
• Ability to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate closely with team members and students
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Marketing, or Education, or equivalent professional experience
