We are looking for Implementation Manager

The ideal candidate should have a BE/MBA background, preferably with experience in ERP applications. Experience with Higher Educational Institutions as Lecturer / Assistant Professor / Finance Head

Preferred Finance Head, working closely with chief executives and financial departments, finance managers, oversee the financial health of a company or organization, strategize and plan for the company’s long-term financial targets. Additionally, generating the financial reports and execute investment plans.

-Fee Payments (UPI/Internet Banking),
-Generating Fee Reports(Dues/ Collections)
-Cancellation, Sponsorship, Refunds
-Generating reports like Outstanding report, Collection report (Student Wise/Head wise)
-Refunds and Cheque bounce handling, Duplicate receipt handling
-Updating the clearance amount, Demand Generation
-Receipt Collection (Academic & Exam, Other, Fine)
-Fund Transfer from one Fees Head to Another Fees Head
-DCR – Daily Collection Report
-Student Ledger
-Fee Head Wise Collection Summary Reports
-Scholarship/Concession amount management
-Demand reports, Fee collection reports, Outstanding report

Responsibilities:

-Candidate must have a thorough knowledge of Implementation and training
-Experience with ERP Software especially educational and enterprise ERP will be an advantage
-Good Communication skills
-Analytical Ability to understand workflows
-Plan and execute database conversions, system migrations, system provisioning, and other services as needed for product deployment.
-Provide installation support and coordinate the installation work as needed.
-Work with customers to ensure technical compatibility.
-Serve as Key Liaison, working in all phases of software implementations, supporting teams in configuration, and issue resolution.

Salary: ₹300,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
