• Existing client counseling and converting potential leads into prospects
• Strong sales conversion history.
• Creating convincing sale pitches and drive overall clinical revenue growth through rapport building and selling skills
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Lead calling and conversion
• Regular data calling as care manager and addressing concerns for maximum retention and referral generation
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Following up with potential clients and converting leads into appointments
• Meeting sales targets and contributing to the growth of the business.
• Any bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Maintain confidentiality of all client information.
• Make referrals to other professionals or resources when necessary.
• Pursue professional development to stay current in the field.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience in Aesthetic or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High EQ and empathetic attitude
• Knowledge of skin, hair and laser treatments and products
• Ability to convert prospects into loyal clients
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Desirable- experience in hands-on cosmetology procedures or related to Skin Care Clinics .
