Responsibilities
Responsible for overseeing the end-to-end implementation of the Kreedo curriculum in the assigned
schools from Nursery to Class 2. The key responsibilities include:
Client Support:
Own the on-boarding, and support function of Kreedo once the deal is closed by sales and BD
team
Maintain relationship with the partners by providing support, information and guidance while
at the same time recommending new opportunities and service improvements
Collect constant feedback from the partners and work with Kreedos internal teams to lay down
the requirements and enhancements required
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Cross sell Kreedos new or other products to the existing customers to improve ARPU (average
revenue per user)
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting partner relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and
objectives
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
executing the implementation plan and meeting the desired outcomes.
Conduct periodic visits to the assigned schools on a monthly basis be to observe and assess the
implementation process
Train the teachers on the academic implementation of the Kreedo curriculum
Offer guidance and support to school owners in implementing the Kreedo curriculum
Requirements
Excellent interpersonal skills
Should be fairly fluent in English (Both Spoken and Written) and local language
Willingness to travel
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Docs
Exposure to young children in a personal & professional capacity will also be an added
advantage.
Candidates who enjoy interacting with people and want to build a career in training will be
preferred
Experience
2 – 7 years of experience in training or delivery (post-sales support), preferably from the service
industry
Any Graduation / Post-Graduation (Bachelor / Master degree in Education / Early Childhood
Education / Human Development will be an added advantage)
