Job Purpose : The role of a Regional Manager is to ensure growth and market development, good relationship with key customers and stakeholders. Analysing the market potential & opportunities in the market to further enhance the reach of Gyproc Plasters in North based at Delhi. Role also involves team development and management in the assigned regions along with drawing up sales strategy and aligning it to the marketing plan and ensure delivery of above strategy in the long term.

Growth & strategy

  • Prepare a regional strategy in line with the Zonal and National objectives.
  • Development by drawing sales strategies to improve market penetration, geographical reach, Product Mix sales & Focus on project working in given region.
  • for entry & continuous growth in New Product categories.
  • contact with Key accounts/Dealers and drive business growth.
  • for the region’s forecasting and sales tracking.
  • & appointment of new project partners & Dealers.
  • coordinate with all Functional In-Charges to deliver upon the agreed business strategy. (Marketing, HR, Production, Technical).

Market Development & Intelligence:

  • relationship with key customers like: Architects, Contractors, clients, turnkey Interior Contractors & Dealers.
  • market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing, and sales operations.

Job Knowledge/Work Experience:

  • of Sales function
  • in sales and marketing of Building Material Industry or related segments (same target customer).
  • in managing projects & Dealers.
  • in leading a sales team.
