• Master’s degree in marketing/Communications/Public Relations/M tech/ M E or a related field. Relevant certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication Skill – English & Hindi , regional language is the advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead Training will be responsible for overall manpower training & improve Dealer manpower quality.
• Responsible for Training strategy, Content & Implementation in coordination with the team and agencies.
• Scheduling and coordinating for Train the Trainer (T3) boot camps for the entire Training team.
• End-to-end responsibility for annual skill contests of dealership/ network sales manpower.
• Imparting sales training to dealership owners and managers in the region assigned on aspects ranging from new product training, existing product refreshers, sales strategies, companies’ sales philosophies, life skills, soft skills, etc.
• Training the companies’ regional sales team on products, strategies, and life skills forms another dimension of the profile. The third dimension of the profile is training needs analysis and developing audience-specific content.
• Building & maintaining cross-functional relationships with the business to ensure the team meets expectations and contributes to achieving business goals.
• Responsible for New initiatives in training,
• Handling multiple vendors & agreements for training, content, DMS, Mobile Apps, BI & SMS.
