Training Roadmap execution for partner branches and Sales teams
Activity Mgt – Training, Joint Field and Sales Work for Sales Managers and Channel partners
Persistency and Product mix management at 80%
Self Development
MIS and reporting on trainings and activities undertaken and outcome thereof
Participate in risk mitigation plans, contingency planning, business continuity programs by executing and reporting within defined timelines. Highlight and recommend process gaps, flaws and process changes

Required Candidate profile


Essential Desired Qualification : Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA
Experience : 10+ years experience ,Sales Management, Recruitment & Training Technical / Functional skills:

  • Post Graduate/Professional qualification or MBA
  • The candidate should have 10 years of overall work experience, ideally within insurance distribution/sales management and/or recruitment and/or sales team training function or similar within other Financial Services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in working closely with and coaching teams

Behavioral competencies:

  • Ability to support and develop branch teams.
  • Ability work with virtual teams.
  • Demonstrates strong ownership and drive.
  • Ability to work in high pressured environment.
  • Ability to work with multi-location teams (on-site, off-site)
