Overview:
Training and developing employees in a retail setting on a day-to-day basis.
Develop and deliver training programs for beauty products- Makeup, Skincare,
fragrances, and accessories, focusing on product knowledge, selling techniques, and
brand values.
Developing training schedules and curriculum based on the specific needs of the retail
organization.
Duties of a trainer include facilitating engaging classes, identifying areas of
improvement and opportunities for the learner, evaluating skills, and attending to the
learner’s challenges, organizing training materials, and scheduling training sessions,
and submitting timely reports to the management on progress.
Role Description:
* To maintain a positive working relationship with cross functional teams.
* To uphold the company & brand image of professionalism.
* To Develop, organize, and update for all store frontend roles in the retail function –
Training Manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials.
* Regular Updating of Training Module
* To conduct soft skill & product refresher training
* Build professional relations with external Brand trainers
* Plan the training calendar and schedules
* Participate in Train-The-Trainer to up-skill potential trainers within the ecosystem
* To impart grooming and etiquette sessions
* Training to BAs on their KRA
* Conduct orientation sessions and arrange on-the-job training for new hires.
* Evaluate BA performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing
recommendations for improvement.
* Adherence to MIS & SOP’s, Training Trackers performance Trackers etc.
Qualifications:
* Experience in designing and delivering training programs
* Strong knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Leadership and management abilities
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Candidates with certification in any Professional Beauty Certification
Experience: 4 to 8 years
