Special School Autistic 1-1 Support/Behaviour Mentor Failsworth, Oldham Prospero teaching are working with an SEN school dealing with autism and challenging behaviour. The school deal with students with Autism, additional needs and behaviour needs. We require a mentor to work 121 with pupils who are struggle to access the curriculum. The role is to start in September 2021. A bit about the school SEND School that deals with students predominantly with Autism, additional needs and behaviour needs. All students are on the Autistic spectrum from moderate to severe. All students present challenging behaviour and many are dealing with mental health issues too. Candidates who suit this type of work tend to be good with young people, a good role model but also can relate to the issues young people with barriers to their learning.
