Role & responsibilities

Primary Role:

Hired candidate will undergo training to understand Aviation subjects like Air Navigation, Aviation Meteorology, Air regulations and technical. She will be mentored teach these subjects eventually to budding Pilots. Also, the candidate will be delivering multiple OFLY’s experiential learning programs.

The job role is game changing and open up a new growth oriented field for the person.

Secondary role

Marketing and sales skills is a plus and candidate with taste of digital marketing or inclination towards graphic designing will be a great fitment.

Preferred candidate profile

• BSc or MSc in Maths / Physics or equivalent.
• Great English communication skills.
• A passion for our startup’s mission and the ability to effectively convey its value proposition.
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as the startup evolves.
