Centre for Civil Society is an independent public policy think tank based in NewDelhi working on outreach, research, and advocacy on critical public policyissues that affect India. One of the core elements of thisproject is its structured engagement with teachers & parents to providethem high quality language-learning resources, regular updates on students’progress together aimed at improving students’ English language skills. We usethe Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) scale toevaluate the improvement in children’s spoken English skills.
We have successfully completed the first two yearsof this project with 110,000 students, 750 schoolsand 3500 teachers from schools in 11states across India. We are looking to scale theproject to 2 lakh students and 1000 schools inthe year 2022-23.
Location: New Delhi for North India and Hyderabad for South India.
Role: Full Time
Reporting to: Regional Leads, Project Bolo English
- Graduate/Postgraduatewith 1-3 years of relevant full-time workexperience preferably in project implementation
- Experience of workingon EdTech and /or Low-Cost Private Schools is highly desirable
- Experience of managingrelationships with multiple stakeholders preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with School AssociationLeaders, Principals and Teacher Coordinators in assigned schools. Maintainregular contact with them to meet the school empanelment, activation andengagement targets
- Focus on empaneling schools, telecalling forlead generation and conversion
- Lead empanelment efforts through calling schoolprincipals, owners and organizing Project Orientation Webinars to registertargeted number of schools and students in the project
- Maintain ongoing database of schools reached andregistered in the program
- Communication for orientation webinars withschools, teachers and parents
- Provide telephonic support to teachers, schools,and parents related to the project, Application use and rewards and incentivesetc. Coordinate with school to ensure regular use of Mobile Applications bystudents
- Organize online and offline event with activeparticipation of the three key stakeholders to drive student engagement
- Track student progressand initiate actions to achieve the project targets
- Report programexecution outputs and outcomes to school periodically
- Support Monitoring& Evaluation in data collection and analysis for measuring Impact
