The Special Educator will be responsible for providing individualized support and education to students with special needs. They will collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans, assess student progress, and provide specialized instruction and intervention.Qualifications Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field Experience working with students with special needs Knowledge of different learning disabilities and strategies for inclusion Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with students Ability to adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs Understanding of relevant laws and regulations in special education.
