Position: Sales Trainer (Field Sales – FMCG, Textile, Manufacturing)

– Create engaging training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and multimedia resources.

– Conduct interactive training sessions for sales teams, both in-person and virtually.
– Deliver training modules covering various aspects of sales techniques, product knowledge, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer relationship management.
– Utilize a variety of instructional techniques to accommodate different learning styles and ensure maximum knowledge retention.

– Provide coaching and mentorship to sales representatives on effective selling techniques, negotiation strategies, objection handling, and closing deals.
– Conduct role-plays and simulations to simulate real-world sales scenarios and facilitate skill development.
– Offer constructive feedback and personalized development plans to sales team members to support their growth.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
– Proven experience in sales training, preferably within the FMCG, Textile, or Manufacturing sectors.
– Strong understanding of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams.
– Proficiency in instructional design and training delivery techniques.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month
