We are seeking a passionate and articulate Tele Counselor to join our team and play a vital role in promoting and enrolling students in our clinical research training courses. In this remote position, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students, providing them with clear and comprehensive information about our programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the healthcare industry (a plus!), and a desire to contribute to advancing knowledge in these critical fields.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential students
• Deliver clear and concise presentations about our clinical research courses, highlighting the benefits and career opportunities
• Answer student questions accurately and comprehensively, addressing any concerns they may have
• Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring all necessary information is collected
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions with potential students
• Follow up with leads and inquiries
• Contribute to the development and implementation of effective tele counseling strategies to maximize enrollment
• Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in clinical research and pharmacovigilance (optional but highly encouraged)

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or a related field (Life Sciences background a plus)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential students
• Strong active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to diverse needs
• Clear and confident telephone presence
• Proficient in using a computer and a variety of software programs (CRM, enrollment systems)
• Ability to work independently while adhering to established procedures and deadlines
• A positive, enthusiastic, and results-oriented attitude
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
