Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at Sakalya Wisdom Early Years run by Sakalya Wisdom Foundation.. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children to learn and grow. This is a full-time position with a focus on teaching children between the ages of 2 and 6. If you have excellent communication skills, a creative approach to education, and a genuine love for working with children, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications and Skills

• Junior: 1 to 3 years of experience in preschool education
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage a classroom and engage young children
• Knowledge and experience in arts and crafts activities
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Creativity and ability to develop innovative teaching methods

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment
• Provide individualized attention and support to each child
• Monitor and assess children’s progress and development
• Collaborate with parents and communicate regularly about each child’s milestones
• Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and parent-teacher conferences
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Stay up-to-date with early childhood education trends and best practices
