• Teaching all areas of the curriculum prepared by PIC team.
• Proper use of relevant technology to support instruction.
• Prepare required reports on students and activities. Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by Management/School regulations.
• Observe and evaluate student’s performance and development of Students.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ progress and development.
• Providing student support. Counselling students with academic problems and providing student encouragement.
• Taking responsibility for the progress of a class of primary age Students.
• Organizing the classroom to create a positive learning environment.
• Motivating Students.
• To facilitate positive Student development through teaching techniques
• Staying up to date with changes and developments in the structure of the curriculum.
• Working with parents and school to maximize their involvement in the school. Development of resources for the school.
• Coordinating activities and resources within a specific area of the curriculum. Supporting colleagues in the delivery of this specialist area. Liaising with colleagues and working flexibly.
• Apply appropriate disciplinary measures where necessary.
• Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary systems of the school.
• Maintaining discipline in classroom.
• Attending teachers workshops which is organized by PIC/IT
• Taking part in school events and activities which may take place at weekends or in the evening.

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching
• BA/ MA in English Literature
• B.Ed in English is a mandate
• Excellent Communication
