  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance on Portfolio development to students to help them improve their skills and achieve academic success.

Curriculum Development:

• • Contribute to the development and revision of the 2D animation and graphic design curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant.
  • Incorporate industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies into course content to prepare students for the demands of the field.

Mentorship:

• • Serve as a mentor and advisor to students, providing academic and career guidance, and supporting their professional development.
  • Encourage student creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through mentorship and coaching.

Assessment and Evaluation:

• • Design fair and effective assessment methods to evaluate student learning outcomes, including exams, projects, portfolios, and presentations.
  • Assess student work objectively, provide timely feedback, and maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.

Software Proficiency:

• • Demonstrate expertise in industry-standard software such as Photoshop, Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Photoshop, Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
  • Utilize these software tools effectively in teaching, demonstrations, and student assignments to develop practical skills and proficiency.

Research and Professional Development:

• • Stay abreast of advancements in 2D animation, graphic design, and related fields through ongoing research, professional development activities, and industry engagement.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues through collaborative projects, presentations, and workshops.

Industry Collaboration:

• • Foster partnerships with industry professionals, studios, and organizations to provide students with real-world insights, networking opportunities, and internship placements.
  • Organize guest lectures, industry visits, and workshops to expose students to industry practices and trends.

Facilities Management:
