Position Title: Admin and Events Lead

Reports To: Site lead

Location: Bellandur

Key Responsibilities

· Liaise with HR and Finance and handle Purchase of Company Cars, Phones and Sim and maintenance of records regarding same.

· Manage employee relocation- Flight bookings and Movement of Household Items

· Managing and Completing Third Party Oversight (TPO)

· Vendor Empanelment/ TPRM/ Scope finalization with vendor/Coordination for agreement/ Renewal of vendor contracts

· Co-ordination with legal team for agreement finalization

· Raising Purchase Requisition (PR)/ PO in ERP tool for different requirements of IT and Business

· Maintenance of CTA Card and Tallying it with Amex.

· Co-ordinate with Finance team for Invoice Verification for Payment and record maintenance.

· Support Business Continuity and Site Crisis activities

· Assist in Employee Exit Clearance from the Admin

· Support in Employee Engagement Activities – team outings, cultural events, business events. (end to end).

· Primary Contact for Transport for overseeing the entire transport services of Haleon.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Degree with 5-10 years of Experience
  • Business acumen
  • Commitment to quality
  • Strong financial and budgeting skills
  • Sound written and verbal communication.
  • Well-groomed and able to represent Sodexo in a professional manner.
