We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Head with 15to20 year experience at our corporate office Airoli, Navi Mumbai. Below are some major roles and responsibilities:
Job Description and Planning:
Work with BU Heads and hiring managers to understand the requirements of a job openings.
Conduct job analysis to determine the skills, education, and experience needed for a particular position. Understand the requirements of budget and timelines for a particular position.
Sourcing:
Manpower budgeting and planning for the FY.
Strategize and plan for the team to utilize various sourcing methods to find potential candidates – job website, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and database.
Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain relationships with stake holders.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in Recruitment Tracker and provide weekly update to BU HR on Allocated Target Positions vs. Closed
Generate reports and analyze recruitment data to measure the effectiveness of recruitment sources.
Compliance:
Stay informed about Company’s recruitment policy and related guidelines and revise from time to time.
