This is where you come in:

We are looking for a full-time content writer who will create beauty-centric content for Nykaa’s various beauty categories: – Makeup, Skincare, Haircare, Personal Care, and many more. In your role, you will:

• Research and develop short-form content for product pages across all categories.

• Optimize product descriptions for better search visibility and informativeness.

• Conduct hygiene checks, identify content gaps and errors, and update content as needed.

• Coordinate with brand management and catalogue teams to ensure up-to-date and competitive descriptions.

• Respond to customer queries on product pages.

• Write SEO-optimized long-form beauty articles covering various topics, brands, categories, and concerns.

Essential Requirements:

• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a focus on grammar, spelling, and proofreading. Familiar with SEO-driven content.

• Native-level proficiency in English.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

• Problem-solving mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Beneficial Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in the beauty industry or a deep interest in beauty products.

• Experience with deadline-driven work.

• Familiarity with SEO and keyword optimization/placement.

• Strong research and fact-checking abilities.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Prior copyediting experience is a plus.

Education/Work Experience:

• BA graduate in English, Journalism, Mass Media, or related fields.

• 1-2 years of content writing experience with a portfolio of work.
