Job Description
- Train students in advanced technologies like robotics, IoT, drones, AI, and 3D printing
- Create lesson plans, projects, and activities that align with educational standards and foster hands-on learning
- Be a team player and exhibit a positive attitude in curriculum development
- Prepare presentations, reports, and lesson plans
- Train students for competitions and exhibitions
- Take care of production of STEM kits
- Represent the organization in any technical events whenever necessary
- Liaise with external training providers to collaborate on training delivery.
- Review training practices and ensure training is delivered in line with company policy.
- Deliver effective, engaging training sessions to team members.
- Keep track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions.
