We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Sales Trainer to join our team and play a pivotal role in enhancing the knowledge and skills of our employees regarding our brand, company processes, standard operating procedures (SOP), induction programs, sales techniques, barista training, and store staff development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training methodologies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving organizational success through effective training programs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of various departments within the organization, focusing on brand knowledge, company processes, SOP, induction procedures, sales techniques, barista training, and store staff development.
- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on company policies, product knowledge, and sales strategies.
- Create and maintain training materials such as presentations, manuals, videos, and other resources to support the training curriculum.
- Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to ensure training content remains current and aligned with company objectives and industry best practices.
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees to reinforce learning and address individual performance gaps.
- Monitor and track employee progress and performance post-training, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to incorporate relevant information into training programs.
- Maintain a positive and professional training environment, fostering open communication and a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with the HR department to onboard new hires effectively, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles and alignment with company values and culture.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a corporate trainer, sales trainer, or similar role, preferably within the retail or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies, with the ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization, building strong relationships and fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other training-related software applications.
- Flexible and adaptable with a positive attitude, willing to embrace change and drive continuous improvement.
