Job Description:

Adhyyan Defence Academy is seeking a dynamic and experienced English Faculty member to join our team and contribute to the success of our students preparing for the National Defence Academy (NDA) entrance exam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive English curriculum tailored to the needs of NDA entrance exam preparation.
• Conduct engaging and interactive classes to enhance students’ understanding and proficiency in English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Create and implement effective teaching strategies, techniques, and resources to maximize students’ learning outcomes.
• Provide regular feedback, assessments, and guidance to students to track their progress and address their individual learning needs.
• Motivate and inspire students to achieve academic excellence and instill confidence in their ability to excel in the NDA entrance exam.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary teaching approaches and integrate English language skills into other subjects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous teaching experience, particularly in coaching students for competitive exams like NDA, is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and build rapport.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students to help them achieve their academic goals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to the evolving needs of the academy.
