A teacher trainer is responsible for developing and delivering training programs for educators to enhance their teaching skills, knowledge, and effectiveness in the classroom. - Having a post graduation in English and Bachelor of Education
- Designing and developing training materials and curriculum to meet the needs of educators.
- Delivering training sessions, workshops, and seminars to teachers and other educational professionals.
- Providing support and guidance to teachers on effective instructional strategies, classroom management techniques, and assessment practices.
- Conducting observations and assessments of teachers’ classroom performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with school administrators, curriculum developers, and other stakeholders to align training programs with educational goals and standards.
- Staying current with research and best practices in education to inform training content and approaches.
