Role  Sales Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for handling L&D for Gujarat.

• Plan learning and staff development programs using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, role play, self-study, meetings conferences, workshops, videoconferencing and web-based learning 
• Coordinate and lead training that includes classroom style, one on one coaching, all store meetings and leadership conferences, presentations to corporate Senior Management 
• Lead the end-user training work stream activities 
• Content Development  
• Execute training development programs 
• Train on support tools and system environments 
• Train on the new system functionality and business processes 
• Develop training strategies, standards and tools 
• Work in sync with business stakeholders to increase the productivity of new joiners and control attrition.
