Pre school TeacherResponsibilities:Curriculum Planning:Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate and engaging curriculum for preschool-aged children.Create daily lesson plans that promote learning through play and hands-on activities.Classroom Management:Establish and maintain a safe, organized, and inviting classroom environment.Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and age-appropriate discipline techniques.Instructional Delivery:Facilitate interactive and creative learning experiences to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.Individualized Learning:Recognize and address the diverse needs of individual students.Provide additional support or challenges as required, ensuring each childs developmental milestones are met.Parental Communication:Maintain open and regular communication with parents/guardians regarding their childs progress and activities.Organize and participate in parent-teacher conferences and events.Assessment and Reporting:Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor each childs progress.Prepare and provide timely progress reports to parents/guardians.Health and Safety:Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the classroom.Follow health and safety protocols and emergency procedures.Professional Development:Stay current on early childhood education best practices and trends.Attend workshops, training, and professional development opportunities.
