Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the business requirements, help in identifying the training Needs, aligning with business requirements and prepare an action plan.
- Deliver various courses/training (Functional/Process/Induction) according to the training module.
- Conduct Courses /Training at designated/scheduled geographical locations across the zone.
- Complete the training record accurately for each training Program, which includes the attendance sheet, program flow, feedback form and assessment test papers ( if any)
- Prepare training synopsis for each training program.
- Prepare month wise L&T status report
- Review the planning, delivery and assessment
