Roles Overview
Screens the prospective candidates on their English language proficiency for voice and non-voice roles.
Role & responsibilities
- Assess candidates on their language proficiency for Chat, Email and Voice roles
- Evaluates the prospective candidates performance according to the IntouchCX benchmarks
- Suggests the duration to train the shortlisted candidates based on their scores viz. short-term and long-term
- Calibrate with the Trainers or Lead, Assessments on the selects and rejects periodically
- Train internal hires and prospective candidates, based on the business needs
- Publish the EoD reports with the number of candidates assessed
- Identify potential candidates whod be right fits in lateral positions such as Quality, Training, Content Development, and Assessments and recommend them to HR for presenting to the respective departments
Skills & Strengths
- Written and spoken proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge in English grammar
- Niche for detailed documentation
- Ability to handle multi-concurrency non-voice assessments
- Aptitude for basic soft skills training
- A positive work ethic and commitment to the tasks assigned
- Intermediate to Advanced level proficiency in Google Suite and Windows Operating System
- Typing speed of 35 WPM with a minimum of 95% accuracy
- Adaptability to trends within the organization
- Compliancy to the organizational policies and standards
- Flexible availability during business exigencies
Eligibility Criteria
- 1 to 3 years of relevant domain experience compulsory
- Graduation & above Preferred
- Available to work in weekends
- Commitment to work in any site in Hyderabad
