The incumbent will own, build, and execute the company’s regional strategy for hiring the best emerging talent in India for RoundGlass. In this role, you will be responsible for the company’s Intern Program through campus recruiting including brand, strategy, campus relations, career fairs, and other activities. In addition, you will be recruiting, working closely with the Global University Program Manager and company leadership to attract and retain the best talent. You will be working with hiring managers to identify needs, build plans and makes hires. Ideal candidates can contribute broadly across recruiting by helping to build processes, institute best practices, and increase our efficiency.
What you’ll do:
- Develop, implement and execute our internship program and university recruiting strategy in India
- Oversee full cycle management of university recruiting
- Identify and foster relationships to help build branding on-campus and source potential recruiting opportunities
- Manage partnerships with university career centers, faculty, student groups etc. to execute recruiting and engagement events
- Evaluate the program’s success by identifying and analyzing key performance indicators
- Maintain close relationships to collaborate with recruiters, coordinators, and business partners to understand needs, systems, and processes and demonstrate best practices
- Focus on providing world-class experience to interns
- Provide development, promotional and delivery support for our signature college wellbeing programs
- Familiar with data tracking, budgeting, and tracking expenses
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong background in university recruiting and experience building relationships with top schools, academic departments, etc.
- Experience managing and/or building programs from ground up, developing and implementing scalable solutions and tracking success metrics
- Ability to manage multiple projects to tight deadlines and have exceptional attention to detail
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
- Excellent communication skills including writing and proof reading skills are required, and candidates must be confident speaking with senior stakeholder
- Willing and able to travel regionally up to 25%
