Job description
Roles and responsibilities.
1. As a Sales Training Manager you will be responsible of conducting Offline and Online Training Programs at various locations as per need.
2. You will be responsible to train and coach new PSOs/ RMs for Product knowledge, Detailing & Selling skill & to make them successful in the Field.
3. Facilitating on-job Training by working with PSO/RM/ZM to see their efficiency & effectiveness in terms of Knowledge, Skill & Attitude & guide & mentor them to achieve their objective.
4. As a Sales Training Manager you will be reporting to Head of Training the Evaluation of Trainees & do post training follow-up there on as per need.
Key internal Contacts: Sales Line Managers and Frontline Sales force
Key External contacts: Industry resources for updating, distributors/ Agents
Prefered Candidate Profile:
1. At least 4-5 years of Field experience out of which at least 2 4 years experience of working in training function for Pharma business can be an added advantage.
2. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs.
3. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc).
4. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
5. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
6. Strong report writing and record keeping ability.
7. Comfortable with MS Office & MIS management.
8. Experienced in Cardio Diabetes or Anti-infective, Pain Management segments will be added advantage.
