URBX seeks compassionate and dedicated Academic Counsellors with experience in the educational sector to join our team.

What you’ll do:

.Convert leads into admissions:

Identify prospective students, nurture their interest, and guide them through the application process to secure enrolment.

• Be a trusted advisor:

Build strong relationships with students, actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized guidance on academic, personal, and career matters. Assist students in choosing the right academic path based on their individual goals, interests, strengths, and previous aviation experience. Facilitate a smooth enrolment process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and efficiently.

• Contribute to a thriving academy:

Identify prospective students with a passion for Skill development and guide them through the application process. Assist with lead generation efforts, leveraging your understanding of various industries and its target audience. Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless and positive experience for prospective students. Take the initiative to perform additional tasks that contribute to the success of the academy and its students.

Qualifications:

Education: Any Degree/PG

Skills:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals
• Effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented approach
• Basic computer literacy (MS Office Suite)
